Accuracy class:
ANSI B40.1 Grade B
Pressure range:
0-300 PSI (20 Bar)
Interface specification:
QCC1/Type 1 standard interface

Long anti-corrosion service life: H59 grade solid brass body, anti-oxidation capacity than aluminum table 5 times, in the wet and high salt spray industrial environment can provide more than 10 years of anti-corrosion service life.

The dial features red, yellow, and green dynamic indication intervals, allowing personnel to intuitively assess fuel levels from 5 meters away without complex calculations, effectively preventing industrial shutdowns due to fuel exhaustion.

Built-in emergency leak detection mechanism: with sensitive pressure drop sensing function, if the pointer shifts within 120 seconds after turning off the air source, it can identify small leak points and reduce industrial fire hazards by more than 90%.

Extreme temperature reading is true: Phosphor bronze bellows ensure ±2% measurement error from -40℃ to 55℃, guaranteeing accurate pressure readings in severe cold or hot summer.

Impact-resistant watch mirror: High-strength polycarbonate (IK07) prevents breakage from bumps during heavy equipment transport or industrial forklift gas tank replacements.

Tool-free manual quick connection system: Large anti-skid knob, wrench-free, tight seal with QCC1/Type 1 gas tank in 15 seconds, greatly improving large-scale gas field replacement efficiency.

This product crosses the bottleneck of “material fatigue” that is common in civil-grade instruments. The core seal is upgraded from ordinary nitrile rubber to industrial-grade high-density EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber). EPDM exhibits excellent chemical inertness and weather resistance for the industry common problem that rubber is easy to harden and cracks lead to trace air leakage under long-term infiltration of propane. Experimental data show that under the same long-term static storage environment, the airtight stability of this product is significantly improved, and the gas loss rate caused by sealing aging is reduced by 95%, ensuring the economy and storage safety of industrial gas.
This product, unlike typical consumer instruments, uses high-viscosity damping grease and a self-luminous layer. Its built-in damping system effectively absorbs energy and eliminates pointer shaking in demanding conditions like heavy machinery or pipeline vibration. The unique fluorescent night-vision dial allows for accurate pressure readings in all-weather, high-intensity industrial and outdoor environments, removing the need for external lighting.

used for propane reserve management of plant backup power generators and heat treatment furnaces to ensure continuous energy supply chain.

For propane-powered forklift fleets, the gas tank replacement process is simplified by adding pressure gauges in batches to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.

Monitor high-pressure air supply in large outdoor catering or central kitchen systems to meet strict safety and fire compliance audit requirements.

close the valve of the propane tank, screw the pressure gauge clockwise into the QCC1 interface of the gas tank to ensure that the sealing ring is completely fitted, and tighten it by hand.

refer to the dial scale according to the ambient temperature (low pressure reading is a normal physical phenomenon at low temperature). If the pointer enters the red range, please arrange filling in time.

slowly open the tank valve and observe that the pointer rises to the green range; then close the valve and observe for 2 minutes to confirm the sealing state without pressure drop.

when not in use, please remove the pressure gauge and fasten the dust cover to prevent particles from entering the brass air inlet. It is recommended to check the accuracy once a year.

A: The pressure gauge reflects the state by sensing the vapor pressure. Although the weight is not directly displayed, it can accurately correspond to the filling, low pressure and exhaustion of gas through its three color ranges (green, yellow and red).
Propane pressure varies with temperature. This product has temperature compensation characteristics, but the physical low temperature will cause the saturated vapor pressure to drop, which is an objective reflection of the real pressure inside the tank.
No need. It adopts pure mechanical bellows transmission structure, no electric drive, suitable for use in flammable and explosive industrial explosion-proof environment.
A: No need. The standard QCC1 interface equipped with the product comes with a built-in sealing surface, which can be tightened manually to achieve air tightness, but the use of raw material tape may interfere with the tightness.
A: Yes. By performing a “pressure hold test” (observing the pointer after closing the valve), it can detect the presence of minor gas leaks in the piping system and connections.
A: No. This product is designed for propane (Propane) pressure range and interface standard design, natural gas system pressure and interface specifications are different.
