Liquid Filled Fuel Pressure Gauge

Air Tank Pressure Gauge is designed for heavy-duty industrial compressors and gas tank systems and is manufactured in strict compliance with ASME B40.100 standards. The product uses a CNC precision machined H59 brass movement combined with a phosphor bronze Bourdon tube and has passed more than 100,000 pressure cycle fatigue tests. Even under the condition of high frequency vibration, it can still maintain the full range accuracy of ± 1.6% or ± 2.5%. With IP54 protection level, the shell is effectively resistant to oil and dust, and is ideal for low repair rate and long-term stability.

The transmission mechanism adopts H59 brass, the gears are processed by micron-level hobbing technology, and the bite gap is controlled within 0.05mm. The wear rate is reduced by 60%.

The core pressure sensing element is made of C51900 phosphor bronze alloy with cold work hardening treatment. The Air Tank Pressure Gauge can withstand transient overpressure impacts without deformation.

In view of the compressor working environment, we have added high viscosity damping oil to the movement. At the industrial vibration frequency of 20-50Hz, the pointer jitter amplitude is less than ± 0.5 lattice.

The dial is made of aluminum alloy, and the shell has undergone a 24-hour salt spray test. In a humid or salty coastal industrial environment, the appearance is not rusted and the inventory life is extended.

The threaded interface (NPT/BSP) of each Air Tank Pressure Gauge is tested by 100% stop gauge, and the tolerance is controlled at 6g accuracy. The leakage rate of air tightness test is lower than 0.01 mbar · l/s.

Reject sampling mode. Before leaving the factory, each 1 instrument has been calibrated at 0%, 50% and 100 on the calibration table, and the unpacking defect rate (DOA) is strictly controlled within 500 PPM.

The raw material copper pipe is precisely formed into C- type or spiral type by pipe bender. Subsequent 300°C annealing ensures that the Air Tank Pressure Gauge long-term readings do not drift.

build

The combination of the connector and the Boughton tube adopts the automatic TIG argon arc welding process. The welding current control accuracy is ± 1A to ensure that the weld is uniform and free of pores.

package

After assembly, the instrument is sent to a computer-controlled pressure calibration station. The system automatically pressurizes to full scale and returns to zero, repeating 3 times to eliminate mechanical hysteresis.
