This industrial-grade gas storage tank pressure gauge is specially designed for pneumatic systems. It uses high-precision phosphor bronze Bourdon tubes and 304 stainless steel shells to provide 2% (Grade B) accuracy monitoring to ensure safe and stable operation of the gas storage system in 200 PSI and can be purchased in bulk.
Accuracy class:
ASME B40.100 Class B
Body material:
304 stainless steel/brass
Standard interface:
1/4 “NPT thread

The core component adopts phosphor bronze Bouton tube, which has high anti-fatigue strength. It can achieve more than 100,000 stable elastic deformation under frequent pressure cycles to prevent reading deviation caused by metal fatigue.

The shell is made of brushed 304 stainless steel, the protection level reaches IP65, which can effectively resist the oil mist, acid and alkali corrosion and external moisture in the industrial environment, and extend the overall service life of 3-5 years.

The dial adopts black high-contrast font, supports PSI (0-200) and Bar dual-unit display, and combines with widened pointer design, so that the operator can still accurately obtain the pressure value from 1.5 meters away.

5mm thick polycarbonate (PC) mask is used, and its impact resistance is 30 times higher than that of ordinary glass. Even if it encounters a hard object collision under severe working conditions, it will not break, ensuring safe operation.

The connecting thread is processed by CNC precision numerical control machine tool, and the tolerance is controlled within ± 0.05mm. With the use of sealed raw material belt, 100% zero leakage can be realized, thus avoiding energy waste caused by air pressure loss.

The temperature balance device is integrated inside the instrument. Under the ambient temperature fluctuation of -40°C to 60°C, the measurement error is always controlled within 1.6%, which is suitable for outdoor gas storage tanks in extreme climates.

Unlike the common civilian plastic case pressure gauges on the market, this product adopts an all-metal seal structure and a special anti-fatigue alloy spring assembly, which improves the core pressure life by more than 300. For the industrial high-pressure environment, the structure can effectively resist long-term stress fatigue, to ensure that tens of thousands of pressure cycles can still maintain a very high zero stability, greatly reducing the maintenance frequency and replacement costs of enterprises.
This oil-free pressure gauge for reciprocating compressors offers fast, stable, and accurate readings with precision damping, eliminating pointer vibration. Its anti-UV dial stays clear, non-yellowing, and non-cracking, ensuring reliable data in any industrial environment, even harsh weather or strong sunlight.

This group needs to monitor the real-time pressure of the large screw compressor supporting gas storage tank for a long time to ensure that the system runs within the preset safe pressure (e. g. 125 PSI) range and reduce the risk of equipment burst.

During the assembly process of the factory automation production line, the engineer needs to configure high-reliability pressure monitoring points to ensure that the actuator (such as cylinders and fixtures) obtains a stable working air source.

Technical personnel specializing in the annual safety inspection of gas storage tanks can use it as a standard secondary monitoring gauge to evaluate the pressure holding performance of old pressure vessels and the opening and closing status of pressure relief valves.

The core load-measuring element of this product is made of phosphor bronze (Phosphor Bronze) material, which is selected as the Bourdon tube because of its excellent elastic modulus and corrosion resistance. The shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure that it does not rust in the wet factory bottom environment.
The joint part uses HPb59-1 environmental protection brass, which has high hardness and the thread is not easy to slide. With high strength polycarbonate (Polycarbonate) mirror, a solid sealing protection system is constructed.

Answer: Yes. The shell of this product is made of 304 stainless steel, and the core components are passivated. For high moisture conditions, it is recommended to regularly drain the condensate at the bottom of the gas storage tank, or choose our all-stainless steel series to obtain the best anti-corrosion effect.
Answer: Usually measure the outer diameter of the thread, 1/4 NPT is about 13.7mm, 1/8 NPT is about 10.3mm. The standard interface of most industrial medium-sized gas storage tanks is 1/4 NPT.
Answer: This model offers dry and oil-filled versions. If the vibration of your compressor installation position is large, it is recommended to buy oil filled type, using the viscous damping of glycerin to protect the movement from mechanical damage.
Answer: It is recommended to control the working pressure within 75% of the range. For example, the PSI -200 table recommends long-term use within the 150 PSI, and the instantaneous maximum withstand voltage can reach 130 of the full scale.
Answer:According to ASME standard recommendations, industrial-grade instruments are usually checked for accuracy every 12 months. If there is severe impact or corrosion in the working environment, it is recommended to calibrate every 6 months.
Answer:No. This product is made of polycarbonate (PC) material, with excellent impact toughness, by heavy blow will only occur when the deformation or local depression, will not produce sharp fragments like ordinary glass.
